随着中国经济建设的不断发展 ,改革开放的步伐不断加速 ,基本建设管理体制的改革正在不断变化。对于大型石化项目 ,由于其规模大、投资高、技术复杂 ,原有的项目工程管理方法已难以适用。在借鉴国外先进的管理方式的同时 ,结合我国的实际情况 。

In regard to the large scale petrochemical project, it is not applicable any more for the old supervising mode of engineering works fecause of its large-scale, high investigation and complicated technique. This article presents foreign advanced supervising mode for reference, and at the same time, combining the practical situation of our country, bringing forward concrete advice on the supervising mode of our country's large scale engineering petrochemical works.
