直接投资、技术差距与技术转移
摘要
外商直接投资对国际间技术转移起着关键作用,一般来说,母国与东道国之间的技术差距对这一过程影响重大。本文探讨技术差距的大小对跨国公司技术转移战略决策的影响,以及东道国技术水平高于母国情况下的技术转移过程。后者是近年来的新发展,值得重视。
