口腔鳞状细胞癌组织Fas基因蛋白表达及意义

THE EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF FAS GENE PROTEIN IN ORAL SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA

目的 研究调亡相关蛋白Fas在口腔鳞状细胞癌 (鳞癌 )组织中的表达及意义。方法 用免疫组织化学方法检测 10例正常口腔粘膜、38例口腔鳞癌组织及 11例淋巴结转移癌组织中Fas的表达。结果 Fas在正常口腔粘膜中广泛表达 ;在鳞癌组织中表达明显下调 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;Fas表达与口腔鳞癌的分化程度有关 ,高、中分化鳞癌的阳性表达率明显高于低分化鳞癌 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;淋巴结转移癌中Fas表达阳性率仅 18%。结论 Fas表达不仅与口腔粘膜上皮细胞的自然分化成熟衰老有关 ,而且与口腔鳞癌的形成及肿瘤的恶性程度有关。

Objective To study the expression and significance of apoptosis-related protein Fas in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods The expression of Fas was detected in 10 cases of oral normal epithelium, 38 cases of OSCC and 11 cases metastatic lymph nodes by immunohistochemical method. Results There was a higher percentage of Fas immunoreactivity in normal superbasal cells. the Fas expression was largely down-regulated in OSCC (P<0.05) and was significantly correlated with the differentiated degree of OSCC. The positive rates of Fas in well and middle differentiated OSCC was higher than those of Fas in poor differentiated OSCC (P<0.05). The positive rate of Fas expression in metastatic lymph nodes was only 18%. Conclusion The Fas expression may not only be related to the physiological differentiation maturation and death of epithelial cell in mucosa, but also related to the tumorigenesis and malignant degree of OSCC.
