摘要 目的 探讨HLA DR抗原在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法 采用S P免疫组化的方法 ,利用HLA DR的单克隆抗体检测 4 7例口腔鳞癌组织中HLA DR的表达。结果 正常上皮组织中HLA DR的表达为阴性 ,在各级口腔鳞癌中均有表达 ,且表达的阳性率随口腔鳞癌分化程度的下降而下降 ,在不同病理分级之间的阳性率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且与临床分期有关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 HLA DR抗原可能作为口腔鳞癌发生、发展不同时期的一个标志物 ,并对判断口腔鳞癌的预后有一定价值。 Objective To study the expression of human leukocyte antigen-DR (HLA-DR) in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and its significance. Methods 47 specimens of OSCC were examined with immunohistochemical technique for HLA-DR expression. Results The results showed that normal oral squamous cell were HLA-DR negative, while OSCC expression HLA-DR. The positive rate of the expression of HLA-DR in OSCC was significantly variable among different pathological degrees (P<0.05). Expression of HLA-DR in OSCC was significantly correlated with clinical staging. Conclusion HLA-DR might be as a marker of the genesis and development of OSCC and may be a helpful marker to determine the malignant degree and prognosis of OSCC.
