摘要
采用不同的孵化温度孵化同一批中华鳖受精鳖卵 ,于相同条件下饲养 1 5 0天后鉴定它们的性别。结果表明在 32℃条件下孵化的中华鳖雄性比例达到 72 .1 % ,而在 2 7℃条件下孵化的中华鳖雄性比例则只有 4 2 .3%。由此证明 :通过人为控制孵化温度可以决定中华鳖的性别比例 ,其结论是孵化温度较高 ,则雄性比例较大。
The same batch of fertilized eggs of Trionyx Sinensis was incubated at different temperature.After the young Trionyx Sinensis were raised in the same conditions for 150 days,we determined their sexes.The findings indicate that there were 72.1% of males when hatched at 32℃ while the males were only 42.3% when hatched at 27℃.The result suggests that the sexes of Trionyx Sinensis can be controlled at different temperature and there will be more males when incubation temperature is higher.
