改进的Mckissock法行巨乳缩小术14例临床体会

Fourteen cases of giant breast treated by improved Mckissock's method of shrinking anaplasty

目的 探讨巨乳缩小整形术的改进方法 ,以期将术后并发症降至最低。方法 对 14例巨乳患者采用改进的Mckissock术式行乳房缩小术 ,保留双蒂乳房瓣下的部分腺体。结果 维持了较好的乳房形态。无一例发生乳头乳晕感觉障碍及坏死。结论 改进的Mckissock法乳房缩小整形术手术方法简便 ,术后乳房形态好 ,并发症少 。

Objective To assess the value of modification to the method of shrinking anaplasty for giant breast. Methods The improved method of Mckissock was applied to operate on 14 patients with giant breasts, in which a part of glandular tissue beneath the double-pedicle breast flap was retained so that its arterial branch could be kept functioning in its proper position after operation. Results The normal contour of the operated breasts was maintained. No sensory disorder or necrotic changes in the nipple and areola were found in this series. Conclusion The improved operative method of Mckissock has been proved feasible and is worthy to popularize.
