依附与自主:中国体育教师教育百年省思

Retrospect of a Century of P.E. Teachers' Education in China

回顾、分析了中国体育教师教育一个世纪以来的形成与发展,指出:中国体育教师教育的发展具有鲜明的依附性。这种依附性特征还将在一段时间内长期存在,但总的来看,其依附性色彩在不断褪去,"中国特色"在逐步形成。对当前体育教师教育依附性特征的正确认识,并充分发挥依附与自主之间的广泛张力是对其进行有效改革的理论前提。

By literature and materials,this paper analyzes the formation,development and reform process of Chinese PE teachers' education from a macro point of view,and points out that the dependence is distinct in the history of Chinese PE teachers' education.In the mean time,the dependence degree of PE teachers' education that is following a Chinese way decrease little by little.The proper attitude and reasonable arrangement of the dependence of current PE teachers' education is indispensable to its reform.
