As a kind of phenomenon,spare sport is a very important activity. Social factors are analysed on community spare sport culture in small towns in Henan Province.Inquiring into the method that community spare sport theories combine together with practices and enhancing humanization research of spare sport can promote the lasting development of the small towns.
