摘要
以己酸和乙醇为原料 ,采用对甲苯磺酸作催化剂合成己酸乙酯 ,考察了影响反应的因素。实验结果表明酯化反应的优化条件为己酸、乙醇、对甲苯磺酸摩尔比为 1:1 2 :0 0 6 3,带水剂苯 10mL ,反应时间 70min ,产率可达 94 4 4 %。
In this paper, with hexanoic acid and ethanol, the synthesis of ethyl caronate were studied by p-toluene salphonic acid catalyst, the factors of the influencing reaction were investigated. Experimental results indicatel that the optimum condition is that hexanoic acid and ethanol and p-toluene sulphonic acid molal ratio is 1:1.2:0.063, reaction time 70min. Water carrying reagent 10mL. Under this condition, the yield raise 94.44%.
