摘要
通过对几种体系胶粘剂的试验 ,确定了改性环氧胶作为耐高温柔软复合绝缘材料 (简称NHN)的胶粘剂 ,并经反复实验 ,找出最佳的复合工艺参数 ,从而研制出了温度指数为 194℃、热态粘合性优异的NHN产品。
