摘要
对于气化煤气的深度净化处理 ,目前国际上广泛采用的是低温甲醇洗涤技术。哈尔滨气化厂 ,从德国黑水泵加压气化厂引进的SCS低温甲醇洗涤工艺 ,由于原料路线及生产能力的调整 ,使原有的参数范围发生了较大变化 ,必须重新研究以找出适当的参数范围 ,保证煤气的净化效果。
The low temperature SCS technology designed from germany is used for the sulfide-renoving process in pure coal gas production.The operational conditions now are not suitable for the production since the feef have to and the quantity of the coal gas have been both changed comparing to the designed values .So it is urgent that we adjust the operational parameters to suit the new conditions.Based on the discussion of parameters which affected the efficiency of the sulfide-removing process,we have given out an optimixing approach which offers the relafively pesasible operation parameters,and the results are raches satisfactory.
