侦查是刑事诉讼中一个重要而独立的诉讼阶段。侦检机关对逮捕证据标准应该统一认识。逮捕证据标准是侦检机关根据法律的规定 ,对拟采取逮捕强制措施的犯罪嫌疑人需要逮捕而提出的证明自己的主张所要求收集到的证据体系和标准。逮捕证据标准分为抽象标准和具体标准 ,提请逮捕和批捕时要按照这些标准对证据进行审查 。
Probe is an important and independent stage of criminal proceeding. The probing agencies should have a shared system of criteria of evidence for arrest. It should be based on law and practicable. The evidences for arrest include general and specific ones, which make the compulsory action of arrest legally right.
