摘要
罗马从王政到共和体制的转变并不是通过一次暴动来完成的,罗马共和制度的形成也不像古代罗马传统作家所说的那样,是为防范专制政权而进行的理性创设。事实上,罗马共和体制的形成既受到了当时意大利其他各邦存在的政治制度的影响,同时本身也是一个渐变的过程。
The writer of the paper holds that the transformation of the Roman state from monarchy to the republic is not fulfilled by a revolt. And the republic system is not a rational creation for refraining tyranny as the classical writers regarded. In fact such a transformation is a gradual process and affected by the political institutions of other states in Italy then.
