Computer Distributed Control System for Controlling Reheating Furnace

本文介绍了一种用于连续式加热炉的计算机集散系统设计方案及其实现方法。该系统具有可靠性高、参数整定方便、易于操作管理等优点。在冶金企业的使用表明,加热炉在该系统的控制下,可提高炉温控制精度,改善炉内燃烧状态,从而达到提高钢坯加热质量,减少环境污染,节能降耗的目的。

A design project of computer distributed control system for controlling reheating furnace and its realization are introduced in this paper. The system has many advantages such as high reliability, convenient to coordinate parameters and easy to operate. In practice, it is proved that control performances of the reheating furnace are obviously improved.
