灭得优对蟑螂和蚊虫杀灭效果的研究

Field control efficacy of Miedeyou against mosquitoes and Blattella germanica

目的 了解6％灭得优油剂和乳油对现场蚊虫和蟑螂的杀灭效果。方法 对蟑螂用08型喷雾器沿缝隙常量处理,蚊虫采用超低容量喷雾器喷洒。结果 在轮胎堆放场、公园和居民区用6％灭得优油剂喷洒4 h后,RPI值为0-2.2,但持效时间3种场所却相差较大,公园持效最短,不超过2 d(用药2 d后RPI为98.9),轮胎堆放场持效最长,超过4 d(用药4 d后RPI为53.0);6％灭得优乳油1:50稀释,在3个场所灭白纹伊蚊24 h杀灭率大于99％。结论 6％灭得优油剂用于现场对自纹伊蚊具有较好的快速杀灭作用,6％灭得优乳油用于饮食行业灭蟑螂有较好的控制效果。

Objective To know field control efficacy against Aedes albopictus and Blatlella germanica of Miedeyou. Methods Dealing with Blattella germanica of all apertures in kitchen with model 08 sprayer, to performance against Aedes albopictus in field with ULV sprayer. Results There were 98.39% reduction in cockroach trap catch in infested kitchen 24h after spraying 6% Miedeyou Emulsifiable Solution, and maintain the same Blattella germanica populations more than 28 days. The RPI was 0-2.2 residential area and tyre piling - up contrasted with the control experiment 4h after dealing with 6% Miedeyou Emulsifiable Solution. The effective - maintained time varied in three trial fields, not more than 2 days in park, not less than 4 days in tyre piling - up. More than 99% calibrated mortality of Aedes albopictus in cages were observed in three testing areas 24h after the same trial. Conclusion 6% Miedeyou Emulsifiable Solution could rapidly kill Aedes albopictus in field, and effectively control the Blattella germanica populations in victualing houses.
