快速杀虫灵对3种昆虫的药效实验研究

Efficacy of multi-formula Shachongling insecticide against insects

目的 测试快速杀虫灵对蚊、蠓、虻杀灭的药效。方法 蚊幼杀灭试验采用浸渍法;野外杀灭采用常规喷雾法。结果 实验室试验蚊幼虫32 min全部击倒,蚊成虫20 min全部击倒,蠓5 min全部击倒,虻25 min全部击倒。24 h死亡率均为100％,现场局部杀灭试验,蚊、蠓、虻1 h下降率分别为99.8％、100％、100％,2 h下降率分别为96％、98％、100％,4 h后的下降率分别为46％、61％、48%,24 h后,基本无效。结论快速杀虫灵具有很好的杀灭效果。

Objective To text the efficacy of insecticide of multi-formula Shachongling. Methods Immersion method in lab and spraying in filed. Results Mosquito larvae were killed within 32 min. Adult mosquitoes, midges, horse flies respectively were knocked down within 20 min,5 min and 25 min. All the blood-sucking insects were killed within 24 h. The reduction rates of mosquitoes, midges and horse flies were 99.8% , 100% , 100% respectively in 1 h, the reduction rates were 96% ,98%,100% in 2 h, the reduction rates were 46% ,61% ,48% in 4 h. The densities of insects restored after 24 h. Conclusion Insecticide of multi-formula Shachongling had good effect on killing blood-sucking insects.
