摘要
目的:建立拓扑替康含量的高效液相的测定方法。方法:采用C18色谱柱、外标法,流动相为V(甲醇)∶V(水)=6∶4,流速1mL/min,检测波长270nm,柱温为室温。结果:在8~40μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R2=0.9989,平均回收率为100.06%,RSD为1.18%(n=5)。结论:本方法具有简便、快速、准确、重现性好的优点。
Objective:HPLC method was taken to determine the content of Topotecan in samples. Method: The method was carried out by using the C_(18) column and methanol-water(6∶4,V/V) as the mobile phase.The UV absorbency was monitored at 270 nm,flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was room temperature. Result: A better linearity and good correlation coefficient were obtained from 8~40μg/mL, R ~2=0.9989,the mean recovery rate was 100.06% and RSD was 1.18%( n =5).Conclusion:The method was simple, rapid and accurate.
