摘要
牙轮钻头的工作寿命是设计、制造和使用者共同关心的问题,它不仅靠先进的原理与结构来保证,同时也与加工、装配有着密切的关系。本文从加工、装配实践谈提高钻头寿命的体会,提出达到加工与装配精度的技术措施。文中所述一次加工成形牙爪小轴头设想尚需在实践中加以验证。
The service life of rotary bits, a common concern for designers, manufacturers and users, can be ensured by advanced principle and proper stucture , but also heavyly depends on machining and assembling quality. Based on the practice of machining and assembling the author summarizes some experience on how to prolong the service life by improving machining and assembling quality. The author has designed a small axle of rotary bits by one step, it still needs to be tesed in practece.
