E花结试验检测环境化学接触人群免疫效应的探讨

摘要 E花结试验受多种因素的影响。本文将洗涤绵羊红细胞(SRBC)的离心速度(2000r/min)减慢1.0倍,E花结形成细胞(ERFC)的活性(Ea)及总数(Et)分别提高3.5及2.6倍。在采集血样前12h限制脂肪摄入量。结果Ea及Et分别提高4.3和3.0倍。研究证明:控制样品条件及洗涤SRBC的离心转速,可提高本方法的可靠性。 There are several factors that can influence the results of erythrocyte rosette forming test. The rates of the erythrocyte rosette activity (Ea) and the total Erythrocyte rosette activity(Et) are increased by 3.5 and 2.6 times separately while the speed of centrifuge for washing sheep red blood cells (SRBC) is decreased to 1000 r/min (half of the previous speed). In the meantime, the Ea and Et will be three times higher if the fat intake of subjects is limited 12 hours before serum sample collection. The study shows that the reliability of erythrocyte rosette forming test can be improved by controling sample quality and decreasing the centrifugal speed.
