摘要
本文对新型高效消毒剂碘伏杀蜡样杆菌芽胞进行了扫描电镜观察。结果发现芽胞经100ppm消毒液作用15min表面结构不同程度被破坏;30min芽胞生长发育出现形态学变异;60min通透性屏障被破坏,原浆外流聚集成堆,与培养所证实的灭活效果相关联。
After being exposed to 0.01% iodophor, the destructive effects on morphology of spores of bacillus cereus were observed with scanning electron microscope. These effects inclucde the swelling and destruction of the normal permeability barrier, the destructive effects were inversely proportional to the number of the survival spores. It is believed that the changes of the normal permeability barrier may be one of the causes of bacillus cereus death induced by iodophor.
