摘要
合成了稳定的有机硅聚醚嵌段聚氨酯乳液 ,通过透射电镜、旋转粒度分布仪、电子拉力机和动态力学性能测试等方法研究了有机硅链段的含量和链长对乳液及其膜性能的影响。结果表明 ,有机硅链段含量增加 ,PSU复合乳液稳定性下降 ,乳液粒径分布由单分散变成多分散。此外 ,有机硅链段分子质量对PSU膜的微相结构有重要影响 ,增加PSiO软段有利于体系硬段的微相分离 。
The polysiloxane-polyether block polyurethane (PSU) emulsions were synthesized. The effects of the content and molecular weight of polysiloxane blocks on the properties of emulsions and their casting films were studied through morphology , size of particles, stationary and dynamic mechanical properties in response to their structure with TEM, centrifugal particle size analyzer, tensile testing machine, et al. The results showed that with increasing the content of polysiloxane, the stability of PSU emulsion decreased, the particle size varied from mono-distribution dispersion to multi-distribution dispersion. Moreover, increasing the content of polysiloxane blocks is helpful to form microphase separation, and the compatibility between shorter polysiloxane chains and longer polyether chains was better than that between longer polysiloxane chains and shorter polyether chains.
