自然条件下鼠皮肤破伤与感染EHF关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对捕获自湖北流行性出血热(EHF)疫区的224只鼠皮肤破伤进行检查并用免疫荧光方法(IFA)检查鼠肺及血清EHF病毒抗原抗体。结果,鼠皮肤破伤率为30.8%,且其随鼠龄增加而升高;皮肤破伤鼠EHF病毒抗原抗体阳性率分别为24.6%及29.0%,显著高于非皮肤破伤鼠的9.0%及8.4%。认为经皮肤破伤感染可能是自然条件下EHF病毒鼠间传播的重要途径。 A total of 224 rodents captured from the endemic area of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) in Hubei province were recorded on the presence of wound and detected EHF viral antigens & antibodies with immunoflucrescent assay (IFA) technique.It was found that 69 out of 224 (30.8%) rodents had wounds when captured and the frequency of wound was increased with age;the positive rates for EHF viral antigens & antibodies in rodents with wound were 24.6% and 29.0% respectively. They were muoh higher than those in rodents without wound, which were 9.0% and 8.4% respectively. It indicated that the infection of rodents by means of wounds may be an important route in transmitting EHF virus among rodents in natural condition.
