摘要
本文建立了被动式扩散管采集室内空气中甲醛的方法。空气中的甲醛经扩散后被装在扩散管内的1%甘油和0.025mol/L 硫酸浸渍滤纸采集,在醋酸—醋酸铵—乙酰丙酮底液体系中用示波极谱法测定。该扩散管的平均采样效率为92.9%,变异系数为0.9~10.6%;回收率为89.5~106.7%((?)=96.4%);方法检测下限为0.03μg/10ml。将本法与国家标准方法平行采样测定,经统计学检验,两法测定结果无显著性差异(p>0.05)。实验结果表明,本法不需要动力、操作简便、可靠,适用于室内空气中微量甲醛的采样和测定。
A sampling method of passive diffusion tube for collecting formaldehyde in indoor air was established.Diffusing along the tube for- maldehyde in the air was absorbed by a impr- egnated filter of 1% glycerine and 0.025 mol/L sulfuric acid held at the diffusion tube.After sampling,the collected formaldehyde was det- ermined by polarography in the system of Acetic acid-ammonium Acetate-Acetylacetone. The average sampling efficiency of the diffus- ion tube was 92.9%.The coefficiencies of var- iation were 0.9~10.6% and the recoveries in the range of 89.5~106.7% (x=96.4%).The det- ection limit was 0.03μg/10ml.Compared the method with national standard method,by means of statistics analysis,there was no sign- ificant difference between the results of the two methods(p>0.05).The experimental res- ults showed that the method is simple,reliable and suitable for collecting and analyzing trace formaldehyde in indoor air without the need of sampling pump and expensive equipment.
