1992年,当世界的目光聚焦到中国的时候,一个向往中国文化的韩国青年,踏上了美丽海滨城市——青岛的土地,他就是本文的主人公沈泰辅。1995年,深谙中国国情的沈泰辅,被招至成立不久的常州现代工程机械有限公司麾下,踏上了中国工程机械的漫漫征程。辛勤的耕耘,换来的是累累硕果,在与同事的共同努力下,2002年现代挖掘机实现了全国销量第一。沈泰辅不但事业在中国,而且家也在中国,他的根已经深深地扎在了中国。
