摘要
目的 :通过人工龋实验比较目前临床常用的几种不同类型的氟制剂的抗酸脱矿能力。方法 :选用 72颗正常前磨牙分为 6组 ,分别经 0 2 %NaF漱口水 ,氟保护漆 ,双氟漆 ,1 2 3%APF氟泡沫 ,去离子水 (空白对照 )处理后放入人工龋液 (0 1M乳酸 ,pH =4 0 )中 4天后制备磨片 ,采用TMR软件对所形成的人工龋损的脱矿量进行定量分析、比较。结果 :各种氟制剂均可显著抑制釉质脱矿量 (P <0 0 5 ) ,各组人工龋损的脱矿量从小到大的顺序依次为 :FluorProtector组 ,Bilfluoride组 ,1 2 3%APF氟泡沫组 ,0 2 %NaF漱口水累积组 ,0 2 %NaF漱口水 1分钟组 ,空白对照组。除FluorProtector和Bilfluoride两组间无差异外 ,其余各组都有显著性差异。结论 :几种氟制剂均有显著地抑制酸脱矿作用 。
Objective:To compare the anti acid and decalcification effects of different fluoride products by using an artificial caries model.Methods:seventy two normal human bicuspids were divided into 6 groups,which were treated in 0 2% NaF mouth rinses.Fluor Protector,Bilfluorided,1 23% APF and in the ion free water(for control).All these teeth of 6 groups were placed in the artificial caries gels(0 1 M lactic acid,pH=4 0)at 37℃ for 4 days.Micro radiographs of all teeth slice samples were obtained with soft X ray machine.The amount of mineral loss of artificial caries was detected with the help of a computerized TMR software.Results:All these flouride products decreased the amount of enamel decalcification significantly( P<0 05 ),with a sequence of Fluor Protector,Bilfluoride,1 23% APF,0 2% NaF mouth rinses,27 minutes group,0 2% NaF mouth rinses 1 minute group,control group from the lowest amount to the highest amount of mineral losses of caries lesion.Statistical significances were found between every two groups,except that there was no significant difference between Fluor Protector and Bilfluoride.Conclusion:Fluoride varnish,a kind of slow release products for fluoride can significantly resist the acids and decalcification.
