摘要
在水分胁迫情况下,选择草原3号等6个在内蒙古种植的苜蓿品种,测定幼苗地上部相对损伤率、细胞膜相对透性、游离脯氨酸含量和POD活性等指标。经综合评价,苗期抗旱性为敖汉苜蓿最强,草原3号、草原1号、草原2号和德国苜蓿次之,阿尔岗金较弱。
Six alfalfa varieties(strains) were compared on their ability of drought resistance in seedling stage.The ratio of relative harm of seedling,relative electrical conduction,content of free proline and POD activity were determined.The initial conclusion was that the sequence of drought resistance ability of all these varieties(strains)was as follows: M.sativa L.cv.Aohan> M.varia Martin.cv.Caoyuan No.3> M.varia Martin.cv.Caoyuan No.1> M.varia Martin.cv.Caoyuan No.2>the Alfalfa strain from Germany> M.sativa L.cv.Algonquin.
