摘要
产品的绿色设计过程是针对产品预期的环境目标,各相关绿色设计策略的综合平衡和总体优化的过程。不同的绿色设计策略解决产品系统中不同的环境问题。根据多目标模糊优化原理,并考虑到各个绿色设计目标的重要性程度和各目标之间的矛盾与平衡,建立了产品环境特性的多目标模糊优化设计模型。通过分析电子加热器所用材料的环境相对负荷,在不增加产品重量和保证结构强度的前提下,以降低产品系统环境相对负荷为目标,考虑各设计策略的制约和平衡,对各材料的比重及相关过程进行了优化设计。最终,产品材料的环境相对负荷总值降低了12.3%,能源消耗减少了14.8%,材料成本降低了6.2%。
The green design of a product is the process of integration and optimization with all the related green design strategies for the expected environmental goals.Different green design strategies can offer a solution to different environmental issues in the product system.Based on the principle of multi-objectives fuzzy optimization, a model is set up to integrate and optimize the green design strategies with respect to the degree of importance and the trade-offs of various green design strategies. By the analysis of the relative environmental burden of the materials used in a electronic heater,the proportion of all the materials are optimized when aming at the decrease of relative environmental burden and keeping the weight and quality of the heater unchanged.After the optimization, the total relative environmental burden of the materials decreases by 12.3%,energy consumption by 14.8% and the cost of materials by 6.2%.
