摘要
采用π网络零相位法测量石英晶体串联谐振频率时,π网络中的分布参数会在π网络中引入相移,从而对石英晶体串联谐振频率的测量精度产生较大影响。采用补偿网络并适当选取补偿器件,比如电阻、电感和电容的串联或并联组合等,可以提高串联谐振频率的测量精度至±2×10-6范围内。实验中使用的电阻、电感和电容都是定值器件,如果全部换用可变器件,则可能更加精确地确定补偿器件并获得更好的实验结果。
When the zero phase technique in a π-network is used to measure the series resonant frequency of the quartz crystal, phase shift is introduced into the π-network by distribution parameters. This has a great effect on the measurement accuracy of the series resonant frequency of the quartz crystal.The measurement accuracy of ±2×10^(-6) of the series resonant frequency can be obtained by using a compensation network and appropriate compensation components such as serial or parallel combinations of resistors, inductors and capacitors. Components with fixed value, including resistors, inductors and capacitors, were used in experiments, though more accurate compensation components and better experiment results could be obtained by using adjustable ones.
