蝉拟青霉最适液体培养基的正交试验研究(英文) 被引量:5

摘要 以三因素三水平的正交试验设计培养条件,接种量5%(V/V),pH=6.5,120 r/min,28℃,120 h,对蝉拟青霉菌Paecilomyces cicadae进行液体培养。通过对生长的菌丝体干重的测定及分析,得到该菌生长最适培养基配方为葡萄糖:20 g/L,酵母膏:5 g/L,K2HPO4:1 g/L,并证明碳源为其生长的最重要营养因素。 The optimum culture conditions of Paecilomyces cicadae were investigated by the orthogonal experiment in three factors and three levels of nutrient concentration. The basic culture conditions were the 5% of inoculation amount, 120 r/min,at 28℃ and for 120 h. The optimum culture condition was selected by testing and analyzing dry weight of mycelium, which was C6H12O6(glucose) 20 g/ L, yeast extract 5 g/ L,K2HPO41 g/ L. The carbon source was the most important nutrient factor for the growth of Paecilomyces cicadae.
