微波干扰素a-1b治疗尿道口尖锐湿疣

Observation of Treatment of Verruca Acuminata at Neutus Urinarius Treated with Microwaves Combined Interferon a-1b

目的 观察微波联合干扰素a - 1b治疗尿道口尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法 将 86例病人随机分为 2组。治疗组 4 6例 ,对照组 4 0例 ,治疗组采用微波加干扰素a - 1b联合治疗 ,对照组单纯采用微波治疗 ,观察其疗效。结果 治疗组 4 6例 ,痊愈 4 0例 ,未愈 6例 ,对照组 4 0例 ,痊愈 2 5例 ,未愈 15例 ,(P <0 0 1)有显著差异。结论 微波联合a - 1b干扰素治疗尿道口尖锐湿疣的疗效显著 ,且不良反应小 ,值得推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of microwaves plus Interferon a-1b treating verruca acuminata at neutus urinarius. Methods 86 cases were divided into two groups randomly,46 cases for the treatment group and 40 cases for the control group.The cases of the treament group were treated with microwaves plus interferon a-lb and the cases of the control group were simply treated with microwaves and to observe the curative effect. Results Among 46 cases of the treatment group,40 cases were cured and 6 were not.Among 40 cases of the control group 25cases were cured and 15 were not(P<0.01).There is significant difference.Conclusion The curative effect of verruca acuminata at neutus urinarius treated with microwaves plus interferon is obvious with little side-effect and worth popularizing.
