Spin-polarized Transport through Single Quantum Dot System

摘要 利用Bulka建立的量子点模型,研究了当左右引线的磁矩夹角为θ时该体系的量子输运性质;利用Keldysh非平衡格林函数方法研究了电流随偏压V、温度T和磁矩夹角θ的变化,给出了近滕(Kondo)区中的非线性电导,并得出电导中的近滕顶点高度受磁矩夹角θ的调制的结论. The transport characteristics of a system formed by a quantum dot connecting to two ferromagnetic leads, whose magnetic moments are oriented at an angle with respect to each other, have been studied. Using the Keldysh non-equilibrium Green's function , the changes of current have been investigated with bias V, temperature T, and parameter θ, and the corresponding nonlinear conductance has been derived in the Kondo regime. The numerical results show that the Kondo peaks in the conductance can be modulated by θ.
