冠心病患者尿酸、C-反应蛋白和纤维蛋白原的变化及相关分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨冠心病 (CHD)患者血清尿酸 (UA)、C -反应蛋白 (CRP)和血浆纤维蛋白原 (Fbg)的变化及相互关系。方法 抽取 6 3例CHD患者和 6 0例对照者 ,采血进行UA ,CRP和Fbg等指标检测 ,然后进行统计学处理。结果 与对照组相比 ,CHD患者的UA ,CRP和Fbg水平显著升高 (P均 <0 0 1) ;对照组这三项指标无相关性 ,CHD组的UA与CRP ,UA与Fbg、CRP与Fbg呈正直线相关关系 (P均 <0 0 1)。结论 血清UA增高是CHD的一个危险因素 ,CRP和Fbg这两种急性相蛋白与CHD的发生发展有密切联系。这三项指标良好的相关性 ,有助于临床对CHD诊断。
