摘要
目的 :探讨放射性核素肾显像测定有效肾血浆流量 (ERPF)对高血压肾损害早期诊断的价值。方法 :对 32例原发性高血压患者进行99mTc -Ec肾动态显像并测定ERPF ,同时测定尿中β2 -微球蛋白 (β2 -MG)及N -乙酰 - β -D -氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG) ,对结果进行统计分析。结果 :ERPF与尿β -MG、NAG均有高度相关性。尿微量白蛋白阳性组与尿微量白蛋白 (MA)阴性组ERPF无显著差异。结论 :ERPF可较好地反映高血压病早期肾小管损害 ,利用放射性核素肾显像可早期诊断高血压肾损害。
Objective: To explore the value of examining effective renal plasma flow (ERPF) by renal radionuclide imaging to diagnose early hypertensive nephropathy. Methods: 99m Tc-Ec renal dynamic imagings were performed in 32 essential hypertension and ERPF were calculated at the same time. Simultaneously, the level of urinary β 2-MG 、NAG were examined. The results were analysed. Results: There was highly negative correlation of ERPF with the level of urinary β 2-MG and NAG. There was no any significant differences between negative group and positive group of urine albumin (MA). Conclusion: ERPF can better reflect the incipient damage of uriniparous tubules in hypertension, and renal radionuclide imaging can detect early hypertensive nephropathy.
