摘要
目的 :评价在直肠癌围手术期实施临床护理路径的效果。方法 :随即将 4 0例直肠癌患者分为两组 ,对照组 1 9例实施常规护理 ,实验组 2 1例用制定的临床护理路径护理 ,观察两组患者心理、生活质量及住院日、医疗费用有无差异。结果 :实验组患者心理、生活质量状况明显改善 ,住院日明显缩短 ,医疗费用大大降低。结论
Objective: To investigate nursing measure during perioperative stage on colorectal carcinoma. Method: 40 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 21 cases in experiment group accepted new nursing measure. Result: Psychological mood、living quality show superior to control group; Medical expense was reduced and the duration of disease was shorten. Conclusion: New nursing measures can incerase nursing quality and make patient more satisfied.
