摘要
用三维非线性有限元分析方法 ,得到某小口径火炮机电两用底火模型应力应变精确的数值解。发现底火结构的应力分布在z方向有较明显的不均匀 ,而整个结构的应力呈轴对称分布。数值分析可以为我国底火的自主设计及结构优化提供依据 。
The accurate numerical value of stress and strain distributions for the small complex bullet primers is attained with the three-dimensional nonlinear finite element analysis method. It is found that the distributions of stress and strain on z-direction are not even obviously. At the same time, the whole stress is axis-symmetry. It provides experience and new ideas on the tiny complex three-dimensional structural analysis.
