摘要
从网络信息服务中用户的自主性、用户的认知心理、用户的需求心理、用户的防御心理4个方面对用户心理进行剖析, 旨在为图书馆开展网络信息服务、制定服务策略提供依据。
The psychology of users directly affects network information service. This paper analyzes users' psychology from independence of users, cognitive psychology of users, demand psychology of users, defence psychology of users, in order to offer instructions for developing network information service and formulating service strategy at libraries.
