摘要 本文从实现的功能和规模上 ,将信息获取技术分为四类 ,即传统传感器、智能传感器、分布式智能传感器和分布式智能感知系统 ,从材料科学、机械结构、硬件电路等方面详细分析了误差和干扰的产生机制 。 From the viewpoint of function and scale, We classify the Information Acquisition Tech into four group, namely, traditional sensor, smart sensor, distributed smart sensor, and distributed smart sensor system. Mechanism of error & disturbance is analyzed thoroughly, and accordingly, the solution and future aim is put forward.
