摘要
对急性附红细胞体病猪的红细胞免疫功能进行了检测。结果显示,感染附红细胞体病猪的RBC CR1花环率显著下降,RBC IC花环率变化不明显。表明附红细胞体侵袭红细胞的同时,破坏了红细胞膜表面的C3b受体,红细胞膜表面游离状态的C3b受体数量明显减少,导致机体红细胞的免疫黏附活性降低,红细胞免疫功能低下。
Immune function of erythrocyte in pigs with acute eperythrozoonosis was detected in this (experiment). Results showed that RBC-CR1 rosette formation rate in the pigs with acute eperythrozoonosis decreased more significantly than that in the pigs in the control group, and that RBC-IC rosette formation rate in the pigs with acute eperythrozoonosis didn’t have significant difference from that in the control group. The mentioned-above results confirmed that the reason why the immune function of erythrocyte in pigs with acute eperythrozoonosis decreased significantly is that Eperythrozoon have deformed the C3b (receptors) on the erythrocyte surface related with the erythrocyte immunity adhesion.
