摘要 自1985年在渤海埕北油田铺设成功第一条海底输油管道之后,至今已相继在BZ28—1、BZ34—2/4油田和辽东湾JZ20—2凝析气田设计和建造了9条不同管径,功能各异的海底管道,总长达七十多公里。本文在上述管道的设计、建造的基础上概括说明,由于渤海原油性质和自然环境条件,使得渤海的海底管道工程具有一些特点,诸如,油管线全部需要保温;主管都要作抗冰保护;管道全都需要挖沟理设;管道强度设计要考虑地震作用,而且强度设计控制条件均是工作载荷与地震载荷组合等,最后提出了渤海海底管道工程存在的问题和在技术上需要研究和发展的几个方面。 Nine submarine pipelines of different diameters and various functions with the total length of 70 kilometers have been designed and constructed in the oil fields of BZ28- 1 ,BZ34 - 2/4,and the con-densate gas field of JZ20-2 since the first oil pipeline was successfully laid at Chengbei Oil Field in 1985. Based on the design and construction of the above-said pipelines, this paper generally describes some characteristics of submarine pipeline engineering in Bohai Bai resulted from the specific poroper-ties of crude oil and naturally environmental conditions in that all of the oil pipelines are required to be insulated,that every riser needs protecting from ice,that all the pipelines need to be buried in trenches, and that the earthquake action should be taken into account in the design of the pipeline strength whose controlling conditions are the combinatin of working load and earthquake load. Finally presented are the existing problems of submarine pipeline engineering in Bohai Bay and several aspects of technological research and development.
