摘要
本文分析了所谓'葫芦'井、有漏失层段井及定向井等以紊流方法替泥浆其固井质量常不能保证的原因。通过实践和总结对比提出了以塞流方法即水泥浆在环空中呈低速流动以提高泥浆顶替效率,从而保证固井质量的低返速固井技术,并在4口井的固井中使用,一次固井质量全优率达到100%。文中还阐述了正确的固井质量检测技术内容及其在固井质量检测中的重要性。
This paper analyzes the tubulent method of mud replacing in 'gourd well' , lost-circulation section well, directional well, which often fails to guarantee the cementing quality. The plug flow method, i.e. slow-return cementing technique, is put forward based on experience, summary, and comparision in that the water-base mud circulates slowly in the annulus so as to improve the efficiency of mud replacing and guarantee the cementing with once-for-all best cementing quality. This paper also describes the correct check technique and its significance in cementing quality.
