摘要
文昌10—1—1井是我国目前海上最深的一口定向井。由于井很深,易塌水敏页岩分布很广,加上井底高温,故钻井难度很大。本文根据文昌10—1—1井的钻井实践,介绍ESSO公司钻这口定向深井所采用的工艺技术,包括:根据地层压力和地层压裂梯度设计井身结构;分井段采用多种泥浆体系解决钻井中所遇到的页岩坍塌,小井眼阻卡等复杂问题;和应用先进的导向钻井系统和定向控制技术,精确地控制井身轨迹,实现了井底中靶上环等有关的钻井工艺技术要求。
Wenchang 10-1 - 1 Well is the deepest direction well in China's offshore. The drilling operation is of great difficulty because of great depth,wide distribution of easily-collapsed and water-sensitive shale,and high temperature at the bottom hole.
Based on the drilling practice of Wenchang 10-1 - 1 Well,the process technique applied in this deep direction well by ESSO Company is described in this paper including the wellbore design in accordance with the formation pressure and the formation fracture gradient,solution of the shale collapse by means of various mud systems in drilling,some complex problems of small well stuck,and the application of the advanced guiding drilling system and directional control technique to control accurately the trace of wellbore so as to fulfil the technical requirements of drilling process such as the bottom target area.
