摘要 目的 探讨胎盘型谷光甘肽S 转移酶 (GSTP1)在不同病变前列腺组织中的表达情况及意义。方法 将 10 0例诊断明确的前列腺标本分为五组 ,即正常组 (NP)、良性增生组 (BPH)、高级别上皮内瘤组 (HPIN)、早期浸润癌组 (PIC)及前列腺癌组(PC) ,每组 2 0例。应用免疫组织化学SP法检测GSTP1在以上五组标本中的表达。结果 GSTP1在NP、BPH、HPIN、PIC及PC组织中的表达呈逐渐降低的趋势 ,且BPH组表达明显强于HPIN组 ,HPIN组表达也明显强于PIC组 ,差异均有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 GSTP1可能与前列腺癌发生、发展密切相关。 Objective To explore the expression of glutathione S-transferase P1(GSTP1) in tissues of different types of prostatic diseases. Methods A total of 100 specimens of prostatic tissues confirmed definitely were divided into 5 groups (20 specimens in each group): normal prostate (NP), benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH), high grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (HPIN), prostatic incidental carcinoma (PIC), and prostate carcinoma (PC). The expression of GSTP1 in each group was detected by S-P immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of GSTP1 showed a declining tendency in NP, BPH, HPIN, PIC, and PC in order. There was significant difference in expression of GSTP1 between BPH and HPIN, and between HPIN and PIC (P<0.01). Conclusion The expression of GSTP1 may be closely correlated with the genesis and progress of prostate carcinoma.
