摘要
导管架储油平台甲板上储油罐内的原油晃荡在不同的条件下会产生截然不同的作用,即对外荷或作用下平台结构的振动起加剧或消减作用。通过对平台结构与原油的相互作用的分析以及平台在外荷载作用下的响应分析获知,这些条件包括原油自由晃荡特性、平台结构自振特性和外荷情况等。为确保平台结构安全,应对储油平台甲板上储油罐的尺寸和储油深度等进行优化设计。
The oil sloshing of the storage tank on the deck of the conductor oil storage platform can show quite different functions under defferent conditions, i. e. the sloshing can increase or deduce the vibration of the platform under the external load action. The conditions include the characteristics of the oil freely solshing, the characteristics of the platform structure self vibrating, and the external loads, etc. in the analysis of the interaction between the platform structure and the crude oil and the analysis of the response of the platform under the external loads. The optimum design should be performed of the size of the oil tank on the deck of the oil storage platform and the depth of the oil storage to guarantee the safety of the platform structure.
