中药注射剂致死亡39例文献分析

Document Analysis of 39 Death Cases Induced by Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection

目的 :了解中药注射剂在临床应用中导致死亡的主要原因和特点。方法 :以国内公开发行的医药期刊中有关中药注射剂致死的病例报道为基础进行分析整理。结果 :严重过敏是中药注射剂致死的最主要原因 ,以双黄连、清开灵、茵栀黄等清热解毒类中药注射剂为主 ;给药方法不合理、抢救时机与措施不当也与死亡有关。结论 :中药注射剂致过敏性死亡应引起临床医药人员高度重视。

Objective: To investigate the regularity of death induced by traditional Chinese medicine injection (TCMI).Method: 39 death cases induced by TCMI which were reported in the documents of medicine and drugs in China were reviewed.Result: 39 death cases were caused by 13 species TCMI, especially antipyretic and antidotal TCMI, such as Shuang Huang lian, Qing Kai ling, Yin Zhi huang and so on. Severe allergic reactions were the principal causes of the death induced by TCMI; moreover, unreasonable administration and improper treatment were related to the death.Conclusion: The safety of TCMI in clinic should be paid much attention.
