抗感染药在精神病专科医院的用药分析

An Analysis of the Use of Anti-infectious Drugs in Professional Psychiatric Hospitals

目的 :了解 2 0 0 2年专科医院抗感染药使用情况 ,为临床合理使用抗感染药物提供参考。方法 :从某专科医院出库数量、费用金额、品种剂型等进行多角度调查统计分析。结果 :应用抗感染药物 11类 4 4个品种 ,按金额排序前 3位是头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、抗感染植物制剂。结论 :专科医院抗感染药品种较少 ,用量较低。头孢菌素类。

Objective: In order to provide some reference data for the reasonable use of anti infectious drugs in clinical work, we need to understand the situation of using them in professional hospitals in 2002.Method: Various perspective investigations and statistics analyses were made of the quantity of drugs from a certain professional hospital, the expenditure, various types and so on.Result: Through using 11 types and 44 brands of anti infectious drugs, we could arrange the first three drugs in sum of money in the following order: cephalosporins, 4 quinolones, anti infectious botanic drugs.Conclusion: There are fewer types and lower amount in using anti infectious drugs at professional hospitals. And cephalosporins and 4 quinolones are referred to as the significant medicines in clinical works.
