正天丸与通天口服液治疗紧张型头痛的经济学评价

An Analysis of the Cost-effectiveness of Two Schemes in the Treatment of Tension-type Headache

目的 :从药物经济学角度评价正天丸与通天口服液治疗紧张型头痛的优劣 ,选择疗效佳、费用低的药物治疗方案。方法 :选择采用 2种不同药物治疗方案 (A组 :正天丸 6 gpotid× 30 ;B组 :通天口服液 10mLpotid×30 )的紧张型头痛病例共计 6 3例 ,运用成本 效果分析方法进行评价。结果 :2种方案的成本 效果比 (C/E)分别为8.36、10 .5 4 ,效果 (以总有效率表征 )分别为 91% ,87% (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :正天丸的成本 效果比优于通天口服液。

Objective: To evaluate the cost effectiveness analysis(CEA) of Zhengtian pill (ZTP) and Tongtian oral solution (TTOS) in the treatment of tension type headache (TTH).Method: The cost effectiveness analysis was used to evaluate 63 cases, who were divided into groups A and B. Group A: received ZTP 6g, po, tid×30. and Group B: received TTOS 10mL, po, tid×30.Result: The cost/effectiveness(C/E) of Groups A and B′s schemes were RMB 8.36 and 10.54 yuan, respectively, and the effective ratio was 91% and 87%( P > 0.05 ), respectively.Conclusion: The ratio of the cost and effect of ZTP is the best scheme but the price of TTOS is too expensive. The factory should better lower the price of TTOS in China.
