摘要
工作发包策略是工程建设中关系到一个项目能否按计划、预算与质量要求来完成的重要方面。本文简要介绍工程分包策略应研究的几个主要问题。
The contracting strategy of engineering matters a lot in a successful fulfilment of project in accordance with schedule, budget. and quality. This paper briefly describes several major problems to be studied in the contracting strategy of engineering.
