摘要
天然气压缩机是气举采油的动力设备。惠州21—1油田天然气压缩机橇装模块由压缩机、冷却器、气体洗涤器以及相应的自动控制、安全保护仪表及控制屏组成。本文引用了该油田设计资料以及压缩机制造厂商提供的技术数据,介绍天然气压缩工艺技术,着重复算了天然气压缩机的设计参数并对工艺流程和设备作了简要论述。
A gas compressor is a piece of power equipment for gas lift. The gas compressing skid system of HZ 21 - 1 oil field consists of gas compressors, coolers, scrubbers, and the corresponding automatic control, safety protection instruments, and control screen. This paper quoted the technical data provided by the compressor manufacturer and the design materials of the oil field, presents the process technology, recalculates emphatically the design parameters of the gas compressor, and discusses briefly the process flow and the equipment.
