摘要
本文叙述了用数值模拟对波浪进行数值后报的方法,并利用此方法后报了渤海近二十年来强风过程下的波浪要素,根据数值后报结果对渤海石油开发工程点设计波要素进行了极值推断。
The post - report method is described in this paper on wave by means of numerical simulation. The wave factors in strong winds are post-reported in Bohai Bay in the nearly past 20 years. The deduction of extream value is performed on the wave factor of BOC development engineering design based on the results of the numerical post-reports.
