癌舒康胶囊治疗癌症恶病质的实验研究

Experimental Study of Influence of Aishukang Capsule on Cancer Cachexia Mice

目的 探讨癌舒康胶囊治疗癌症恶病质的作用机理。方法 建立T739小鼠癌症恶病质模型,观察癌舒康胶囊对恶病质小鼠的一般状况,如体重、摄食量、饮水量的影响;是否延长生存时间及提高生命延长率,观察癌组织中乳酸脱氢酶的活性及与癌症恶病质发生、发展相关的血清细胞因子(IL-1、IL-6)的水平变化。结果 舒康胶囊能明显增加癌症恶病质小鼠体重、摄食量及饮水量(P<0.01),延长生存时间,提高生命延长率(P<0.05);可显著抑制瘤组织乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的异常升高(P<0.01);显著降低血清细胞因子(IL-1、IL-6)水平(P<0.01)。结论 中药癌舒康胶囊对小鼠的癌症恶病质有较好的治疗作用,其作用机理与其调节IL-1、IL-6及抑制瘤组织无糖酵解有关。

Objective To study machanism of Aishukang Capsule on cancer cachexia mice. Methods The animal CC model was established by inoculating mice T739 with tumor LA795 (lung adenocarcinoma). Observations were made on the changes of physiological conditions (body weight, food and water intake) and life span. The activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in tumor tissue and the serum levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-1 (IL-1) were observed in the experiment. Results Aishukang Capsule (ASKC) can significantly increase body weight, water and food intake of CC mice and prolong their life span (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The abnormal high level of LDH in tumor tissue was lowered markedly (P<0.01). Levels of IL-1 and IL-6 decreased in ASK group significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion ASKC possesses significant counteractive effect on cancer cachexia. The activety-mechanism is that ASKC can decrease IL-1 and IL-6 and inhibit the activity of LDH in tumor tissue.
